Try Cheryl Burnside at 800-686-6600 ext 536. She is the admin for the office but it seems most of the other people left. She should be able to give you the name and extension of a good contact if she isn’t it.

I don’t know if you remember me. But, you gave me some advice a while back on buying repos. I notice you are in WV and I am in DE. I have bought a few repos in the last 3 to 4 months (mostly from Greenpoint) and one from Conseco (now Greentree). My rep is now telling me that the prices have gone up, since they have changed to Greentree and under new management. Are you experiencing an increase on the prices of the homes you are getting from them (this just happen on the last repo list I got from them)? I am just trying to figure out if this is actually true or if the rep for my area is trying to increase her commission check. I appreciate any guidance you can provide.
