I am seeking a construction loan to build a fourplex in a high rental area of Las Vegas, Nevada. This loan will be converted to a mortgage loan to be secured by the property after completion. Interested lenders and investors can respond, with their terms and conditions, or contact me if further information is required. Joint venture is welcome.
