Can someone recommend a good(but inexpensive)software program that will help me keep track of when, who and what kind of letter i sent to a prospective seller. Maybe one that will prompt me when it’s time for another mailing even.
i’ve seen some listed in real estate software sites, but they are 300-400 dollars. i’m sure i can do better than that. thanks.
