I don’t sell houses to anyone no money down. Remember, no money down does not mean no money down, it just means none of YOUR money down.
You might find a motivated seller to sell you a house no money down. You will probably have to spend some advertising money to find one, which you could have used for a down payment.
Have you considered renting until you get back on your feet?

I just lost my home in another state due to loss of work and various medical reasons. I unfortunately was no longer able to make the payments. I am moving to Colorado in the next few weeks. What is the best options to attempt to get a home on a contract for deed with $0 down? Or is this even possible?
