Anyway, I’d start with the old I BUY HOUSES ads. Rich people have the same problems as poor people. You’re appealing to a need – not an income level.

I have just set up a phone answering service to take calls for possible L/O and contract for deed deals. I am specifically looking to target larger, higher priced homes ($175,000 and up) because am I very familiar with these areas in my market. My question is: What would be a good ad to run in my paper to attract “executive” type home sellers. I am looking for an ad that specifically attract these buyers compared to the normal “I BUY HOUSES” ads.
