Try calling a real estate office. They see these all the time at closings. You can adapt your needs to the sample form(s) you might obtain.

Can someone tell me where I may be able to get a sample Contract for Deed that I can use in the State of Georgia or is this something that I need to use an attorney for?
Thanks,
AJ

Check through the sites at this link. You can also check your county recorders office for a copy that you could whiteout and re-use with your info filled in.
It always makes since to have a attorney review a document the first time you use it.
