Depends on the what your contract says, does your seller have a due on sale clause? Do you have right of assignment or to subcontract or lease the property?
Use a lease option to buy at 18 months w terms equivalent to sale terms with your buyer.

i have a property i purchased on a CFD. the owner found out i have the property listed and he informed me that i have to cash him out first b4 i can sell the property .
QUESTION: how do i get around this , what can i offer him?
a token payment ? remain on the note?
my buyer will cash me out in 18 months, so i can then cash him out…any ideas…

Whats going on with your Pensacola MHP? I see there is a forclosure sale or something going on.
