Hi all,
I’m a newbie but getting closer to my first deal every day:) I was wondering where I can obtain all of the paperwork needed on my part as investor for Lease/Option RE. should I contact an attorney? look online? I don’t have a clue as to where to get contracts and other needed paperwork. Please Help!! PreThanx- Matt (swPA)

We also were in search of sample contracts and an experienced investor advised us to go to a specific web page to purchase a program. I would be happy to give that to you if you want to e-mail me. We Purchased a “lease purchase” program which has contracts in it which has been helpful to us. It is advisable that you take them to your attorney just to make sure all is legal in your state.
