I can’t swear about in Missouri, but in many places if both parties agree you can scratch through the original details, make your changes, then each party initial and date. We do this on construction contracts all the time.

Contract is signed on house by both parties. If both parties are agreeable, can the closing date be changed, to maybe 3 months from origingal closing date? Is this legal to do in Missouri?
