Hi everyone,

I am just getting started with rei, and currently looking
for advice or warnings about buying houses on contracts,
then renting out the house.

I found the rental application and lease contract in C. Sheets program to work pretty well. However, there only as good as the renters you place in your rental. Call the employers of your prospective renters. And by all means meet both husband and wife (if a married couple) before you accept them as renters. Don’t accept the first person(s) that call you unless you have checked them out.
