Did you sign a sales contract with the seller? If you did, you’re still on the hook to perform under that contract regardless of what your buyer does.

When we get a buyer to sign a option to purchase contract and the 60 days runs out, is all that we have to do is send a certified letter to potential seller to let them know we are no longer interested due to invester/buyer opted out?
