Don’t know about rehabbers, but hard money will have their own, it’s called a note (for the loan) not a contract. You’ll either sign it or you won’t get the loan.

Where can I find the best contracts to use between hard money lenders and myself. Also between rehabbers and myself?

Greg,
Not sure if this is what you’re asking for as far as a contract for rehabbers (contractors), but HR posted this in response to a similar question last month. (Hope I’m not stepping on your toes HR - I just thought it was worth rementioning! *s).
It was also a good thread to read:

Usually people just tell you to go search the archives, but that doesn’t always work. There is a LOT of talent on this board and gems like these pop up frequently. But, unless you read daily, you may miss them. Thank goodness I have a near photographic memory and remembered that I printed it off. It was realitively easy for me to locate it in my binder.
Hope this helps!
