I BELIEVE THAT I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION, BUT HOWEVER I AM NOT SURE.I PUT DOWN A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY ON A LEASE TO PURCHASE HOME. I HAVE ONLY BEEN IN THIS HOME FOR A LITTLE OVER 2 MONHTS, AND THE HOME HAD SOME HIDDEN PROBLEMS WHICH WAS VERBALLY TOLD TO ME THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED, BUT NOW AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE AGENT SHE SAID THAT I NEED TO READ MY CONTRACT BECAUSE THE HOUSE IS AS IS AND THE REPAIRS ARE UP TO ME TO FIX. ALSO, I HAD TO PUT DOWN SOME MONEY FOR HOME OWNER INSURANCE WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT IN THE CONTRACT THAT THE SELLER SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR THE HOME OWNER INSURANCE.aND MY LEASE IS ONLY FOR 1 YEAR. AND I WAS WONDERING IS THERE ANYWAY THAT I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK AND END THE CONTRACT? I WAS WONDERING IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WITH ANSWERS TO MY PROBLEM OR WITH THE SAME PROBLEM?

I have used form #4003 and #2007 from Mr. Bronchick’s Creative Real Estate Transactions,for a lease option. The deal went bad. Does any state statutes like Wisconsin over ride the lease I have in place?
