Then per your original question,

What contracts are the best to use for a flip?

My answer would be contracts that are tailored for the situation and preferrably favored in your direction. Those type of contracts, in my opinion, are the best to use in a flip or any transaction.

It depends, what kind of flip are you doing or can you explain what you want to happen?

Good question, another couple of questions for you experts…

  1. Does this stuff work?
  2. How much can I make my first year? ($1,000,000?)
  3. Why would anyone sell at a discount?
  4. Do I need any cash?
  5. How do I start?
  6. Can I retire now?
  7. Will you do all the heavy lifting for me? Please?

I want money in my pocket to happen, that’s what. Retail flipping is what I want to do, I don’t like fixing anything, and I don’t want to landlord. Just want to do paperwork and play with the paper that it makes me.

They don’t realize it is a discount.

No. You can trade blood for cash to start out with.

  1. How do I start?

Scream out the window; “I AM AN INVESTOR!!!”

  1. Can I retire now?

Yes.

  1. Will you do all the heavy lifting for me? Please?

No. Ok, since you said please.
