The convention starts on Friday, May 5. We can only seat around 600 people, so if we sell out, that would be the end of sign ups.
If we do not sell out, your best bet is to register before I leave my office for Atlanta, so by May 2 at the latest. As long as we’re not full, you can still register, but if you wait until after that, it’s risky–especially if you need a hotel room.
Also, I should mention that our room block expires on April 21, after which we are at the Marriott’s mercy as to whether they’ll continue to give us more rooms.
So if you’d like your room included, I’d recommend reserving by April 20 or sooner if possible.
