Yes but it also depends on where you are on the learning curve with real estate and financing, etc. There are all kinds of “newbies”. There is no way you can avoid needing to get a course or two to really get the “book learning” part of the education I would say. Those you can get without the convention.
Would the convention in Atlanta benifit a newbie such as myself… could I expect useful info that I could put to work as I start out down this RE investing road?
