Uhhhh, you’re in the wrong place;) The whole point of this site is to avoid convention and be creative maximizing leverage to it’s safest extreme.

If you want convetional, look under Mortgage Brokers in the yellow pages and see whats available in your area.

All that said, why don’t you do a little reading here on the newsgroup, in the articles and the success stories to see what is possible without using your own cash. Welcome to the site, I hope you choose to stay!

real estate investments through conventional financing.

But I do not know a thing about! So where do I start?
