I will be attending that one also. I have an advanced one day paper seminar the day before. The conventions run concurrently, but this one day seminar is the day before both conventions.
It will be on financing and improving paper with a special emphasis on building your own paper portfolio with very high yields and retirement income. The focus is “Nothing Down Paper”. 100% financing of notes and increased yields through 117 improvement techniques.
