Hi Everyone,

How could I take pre-cautions concerning protecting the corporation when it suffers the loss of all officers.

Example: We have a small family run corp. and we will be taking a trip soon. If all officers were killed in an airplane accident? Can I have another member of the family who is not currently an officer in the corp over see the corp some how?
