A C Corp files its own taxes and therefore it takes advantage of expense deductions (and not you personally). You only get to claim expenses personally if you’re an S corp, since that is a “pass through” entity that has you claim income and expenses on your own taxes.

I started a C Corp. in Sept.01…we don’t have any income…but we have expenses…when I file my taxes can I claim those expenses???THanks…
