You can call or look up you states corporation division on the internet for instructions.
In Oregon you can dissolve an entity then organize under a different form.
BTW your question does not make sense to me. Is the enterprise an S-corp, LLC, C-corp or sole Prop. How would your accountant file?

I need some advice. I tried to set up a corporation and somehow ended up with an enterprise. Are the taxes the same if not how can I change? Will an enterprise work for business or would I be better off with a corporation(a separate entity)?
