It’s simple. Any decent course, or probably a book, will have sample trusts. You pay a lawyer $500, and he’ll sick your name in a template he uses for trusts, and take you money. Why not do the same?
I’m assuming you are inquiring about land trusts. Lou Brown or the folks at www.getthedeed.com have some good material in setting them up. Really, read one, and you’ll understand how simple they are.
