Contact your county ask them. Some counties are even making records available over the internet now.

I’ve been trying to find a good data service (comps)
for my state Salt Lake City, UT i’ve tried like Dataquick, Transamerica and most don’t have service in UT. I heard there was a way just to tie into the county court house records. Does anyone know how to do this or a good database service that will work for Utah.
Any advice would help.

I was over at www.homepricecheck.com and they state that these six states are non-disclosure states. That does not sound fun.

Over at www.octitle.com which uses the Dataquick database they show having Utah info available for your area. If you have not checked it out, it is free. Just set up an account at the TitleAdvantage section of the site.
