Hi,

Newbee needs advise from you about foreclosure house. We want to save as much as possible in buying our first new home and we have been studied a lot from this website about foreclosure. But none of the topics addressed about how and what are best methods to search for foreclosure lisings. Do you have any recommendation for Hudson county and Essex county?

Any advise and recommendation are appreciated.

Thank you

You can usually get a list of properties that were sent a NOD (Notice of Default) from your county Tax Assessors office. Where I live they charge $0.20/name which works out to $20.00/100 names.
