I have 2 questions that I would like some expert advice on. First, on a Sub2 deal in Nevada, do I need to use something else besides a Statutory Warranty Deed? Are the same forms used in different states to transfer property?
Second, how do you record a deed remotely? Is there a way to mail it in, with payment, and get it back if you don’t live in that city/state?
