I read 1 book. “Buyit, Fix it, Sell It” by Kevin Myers

I now own 34 rentals, 3 comercial buildings, 1 vacation home.

The key is buy cheap properties.

I had a couple quick questions if anyone can help.

  1. I am looking for some recommendations on the best beginners type book on “paper”…someplace a total newbie should start his learning process.

  2. I was also curious if anyone had any experience or feedback regarding a computer program that helps analyze REI called “on target”? (its at www.invest-2win.com)…seems relatively cheap and might be a good investment for someone new like myself to help evaluate future rental properties.

Hmmm, posted this yesterday maybe was deleted? There’s a free software program that does investment analysis, check it out before spending the $100. Its at nichesw.com
