Carelton Sheets class has lots of details on “seller financing” where you make a deal with the seller to “carry paper” and you pay interest on it. All of those techniques would work in your situation.

Hello!i am working in real state in uruguay.In this country there is not mortgages(just 15%)Generally,people who sell they have the all house paid.You can buy low and sell higt but with money.Do you know about any course that will be appropiate for this market?I will appreciate your advice.

Uruguay, Dominican Rep. the former RUSSIA we all have one thing in common, MONEY. These technics apply everywhere in the world. MONEY (CASH) is just a specialy design pape that simbolize a value. Like money (more or less) is a contratac. Also, I think a morgage is a pleage to pay for a loan using the property as colateral, and so apprizal is required.
