Hi Ivan

Keep your money in your pocket.
Read this board and ask questions about what you don’t understand or what you are unclear about. Meanwhile, make contacts with people who you can count on to fund deals and tradesmen… (tradeswomen… for you ladies) to fix em up.

Most important, find your nich(sp).

Find what works for YOU, what you are intrested in, that makes you sucessfull, then repeat it…
For The Rest Of Your Life!

Good Luck!

One of the best books I have read is by Ron LeGrand, “Fast Cash with Quick-Turn Real Estate.” You can get it from for $11.92. What a deal!
