Scott’s is one of the first courses I bought, and the first one that made me money. I made about 20 times the cost of the course on my first wholesale flip, about six weeks after I bought the course. Your results may vary.

Yes, Scott’s course may be basic. But many of us have appreciated what we have learned from a man that has been successful in this investing arena 20 years. Maybe you should read his answers on his discussion board and judge for yourself. Or subscribe to his newsletter for about a third of the price of his course.

I would rate it average. No secrets in the course and VERY basic… It’s for beginners only and for $295 that too much. You can get the same info in a book for less that $30.
