Brainstorm with the experts at the Round Table Discussions

In addition to all the educational and instructional
information you’ll receive during our annual convention,
we have reserved one evening for “Brainstorming With The
Experts.”

Back by popular demand, these Round Table Discussions
are ALWAYS a MAJOR hit. Although this event is scheduled
from 7:00 to 9:00 in the evening, many of us don’t leave
until past midnight! This is your chance to hang out
with the experts. Ask your questions… pick their
brains… or just have a beer…

This is a fabulous opportunity for you to meet and
brainstorm with all of our speakers plus additional real
estate experts. This one night alone could help you make
thousands of dollars.

I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about the
speakers and other experts who will host the Round Tables
at our Convention on Saturday, May 6, 2006:

Terry Vaughan, co-founder of CRE Online and real estate
paper expert.

Ed Garcia, host of our Financing Forum, real estate
investor and lender.

Ray Alcorn, host of our Commercial Real Estate Forum.
To say he’s a commercial real estate EXPERT may be the
understatement of the year.

Michael Morrongiello, co-host of our Cash Flow Forum
and one of this country’s foremost real estate and
“paper” cash flow experts.

John Behle, co-host of our Cash Flow Forum and one of
the foremost educators in discounted cash flows.

Dwan Bent-Twyford?s niche is finding foreclosures with
no equity, negotiating with the banks to accept less
than what is owed, thus creating a Short Sale.

Bill Twyford has been buying foreclosures for almost a
decade. He has mastered the art of communication and
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

R. Dale West, the President of the National Foundation
of Tax Planning, Estate Preservation, and Asset
Protection for the past 15 years.

Lonnie Scruggs, co-host of our Mobile Home Forum and the
“Father” of the used mobile home business. He was the
FIRST to teach others how to make fantastic profits
with the once-shunned used mobile homes.

Tony Colella, co-host of our Mobile Home Forum, has
been selflessly helping other people get started by
answering scores of mobile home questions here on our
Mobile Homes Forum for many years. He specializes in
mobile home/land properties and small mobile home parks.

I can’t wait! - Posted by Anne_LLC

I think this will be my 6th (7th?) CREOnline convention. If any of you have doubts about the value or wisdom of attending, I can say that these conventions have changed my life for the better in so many ways.

In May 2006 I will have been a full-time unemployed real estate investor for three years thanks to what I learned on CREOnline- and specifically because of reading one little book- Deals on Wheels.

Last year I met the MH gang in person, and you couldn’t ask for nicer people than Lonnie & Joanne, Tony, Scott, Steve-WA, Karl Kleiner (I always get him mixed up with Kevin Kline), Lin, Ryan and the list goes on.

I’ll be there- will you?

Anne

Anne, first let me say congrats on becoming Gainfully Un-employed in the near future!!!

Lonnie’s little book has caused so much of that.

I look forward to seeing everyone again. I will bring Kleiner (only his wife can tell the difference between him and Kevin) for entertainment.

Ditto everything Anne said, except the part about going 7 years in a row. This will be my second, and I can say with certainty I would have never gotten off the couch if I had not attended. It was just the motivation I needed.

Anne, I thought I had met everyone last year, but somehow our paths must not have crossed. I’ll be on the lookout for you this year, even if I have to hunt you down. Looking forward to meeting you.

Tony, I’m already unemployed, it will be my 3 year anniversary in May '06. But thanks for the good wishes.

See you in May,
