In the “How to Articles” there is an article by JP Vaughan entitled how to create your own mortgage. I suggest you read that.
Personally, I’m putting some private lenders togather by using some of my own properties. The idea being to get them good returns and developing a relationship and then moving on to purchasing other properties by creating a mortgages that they would like to have and pay for.
Read the article. Discover what things you may or may not have to do.
