Creating your own notes - Posted by Rich

I am confused! Maybe I am not understanding the posts the way they are written. I read some of the posts, in regards to creating your own notes and having them purchased at closing, by American Notes. I called them and asked if they would in fact buy a note I create for my own property, with me as the payor. I was informed that they would not do this.
I have done several simultaneous closings when I create a note for the sale of one of my propertis and they are purchased at closing. Since the non seasoned re finance market has gone away, I have been looking for a way to create a note on a property I own, with me as the payor and as the payee, no one seems to want to do this.

Can this be done?
Thanks
Rich
