I have been sputtering in my lease purchasing investment business and I know it’s because I don’t have a full fledged marketing system yet. I do have a plan but I’m afraid to spend any money on marketing until I have a great team to work with. I just don’t want to feel like a dog chasing his tail.
What group of proffessionals do you recommend for your team for the lease option niche? And how do you convince a Realtor or broker to be a part of your team when you don’t have the money up front to pay them?
