I have read numerous messages re: creative real estate in NYC but I am still not sure. Would someone be so kind as to give me input re: the following:

  1. specific opportunities that you know could work and have worked in NYC (i.e. Carleton Sheets, flipping)

  2. specific organizations or individuals who are doing this in NYC with whom I can talk

I am an attorney who is looking for an alternative use of my time
