There’s people out there who will mentor you for free. You live in my area, look at www.bawb.info for your reia group. ( I guess there’s others too, but this is local to me) And start networking, see if you can save a few dollars by networking before you jump in. I’m brand new to this and have spent money on lackluster “mentor for hire” programs. I have found that the best mentors are right around me.

I am just starting my investigation into the “Real Estate Investing” world. I would like to get a jump on the education and have come across a “mentor centered” education company I’m checking out. Has anyone out there done business with Creative Real Estate Institute out of Midway, Utah (www.creativerealestateinstitute.com). They have a excellent rating with the Utah BBB and seem to be above board…but one can never tell for sure!!!
Robert Shemian is one of the main consultants. Any coments or direction would be appreciated!
