Head down to an office supply store. There are basic offer forms that leave room for contingencies. These forms are very inexpensive. There is also software available that has 100’s of forms for conducting business.

Does anyone have a good template for an offer letter? I am not sure how “official” the offer letter needs to be. I also want to make sure that I leave myself a way out if I change my mind.

I have finally figured out a way to finance a purchase and I am now getting all of the other pieces in place.
