HI EVERYONE!
MY QUESTION OR SITUATION IS THAT MY MORTGAGES BROKER TOLD ME THAT MY CREDIT IS EXCELLENC BUT THAT MY PROBLEM WAS THAT ONLY ONE OF THE CREDIT BUREAU(EXPEDIA) HAS RECORD OF MY CREDIT AND THAT FOR THEM AUTHORIZED THE LOAN,THEY NEED AT LEAST TWO CREDIT BUREAU REPORTS. ANY SUGGESTION? I ALREADY TRY TO CONTACT TWO OTHER BUREAU BUT ALL THEIR SYSTEM ARE AUTOMATED SO I PRACTICALLY IMPOSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEEN? APPRECIATE ANY HELP. THANK YOU ALL.

Find another mortgage broker. There are plenty of lenders out there that won’t have a problem with this situation. He obviously isn’t trying very hard.

first of all the mortgage agent sounds lazy and
what he’s saying does not make any sense.
As a mortgage broker he can pull triple credit
reports all at once. You do not have to work to give him business. If you want one to get the reports on your own go to www.usadatalink.com or call them at
1 800 527-7930

Did the loan officer pull a “triple” bureau (where they access info. from all 3 bureaus), or did he/she just pull a single?
If you have a limited credit history, I suppose it’s possible that only 1 of the 3 have any info.
Call your credit accounts and ask who they report to?? All 3 or just Experian?
