Ed as you know I have a lot of tenants and am now ready to have a lot less tenants. We have done a lot of our homes on lease options so we can give people a chance to get thier creidt right. time did not hlep some of these people. Most pay their rent to us on time and pretty close and have for years but still can’t seem to find them finaincing. Most have scores that will be difficult to get financing, do you have any suggestions for getting these people out of my portfolio so I can invest in other deals? I have some commercial that I have been investing in and am doing 1031’s trying to be into my deals with little if any debt.
