Nick,
I don’t think is a place where you can go to find out your exact credit rating. Each financial institution has their own underwriting guidelines used to determine your credit grade. These guidelines can also vary by product whether it be a 125% LTV, 80/20 etc…You could be an A- at one place and a B at another. If you want a GENERAL idea of your rating, you can go to www.keystrokenet.com and click on Credit evaluation. Hope this helps.

Answer a few questions for me and I’ll tell you what your rating is.

Have you ever had a bankruptsy or foreclosure? If so, when?

Do you have judgments, liens, collections or chargeoffs in the last 24 months? Describe if you do.

How many times have you been 30, 60, or 90 days late on revolving or installment credit in the last 12 months?

Do you rent or own your own home? How many times have you been 30 days or more late in the last 12 months?

What is your gross monthly income?
What is the total of your monthly debts (including min. payments on your credit cards?

Give me this info and I will tell you your A-D credit rating in a matter of minutes.
