I charge my applicants $15 per person. I tell them
that is to cover the cost of a credit report and
other expenses of verifying what they put on the
application. Sometimes they don’t want to put up
the money, so I figure they just pre-un-qualified
themselves.
If they pay the fee, I pay $9/person to get a faxed
credit report from Northland Services in Kansas

I am about rent out my first house and what to know how to get a credit report on the people that will put in a application for the house, what does it cost, how do you get one , or is there a place that will just give me the score over the phone. or basicly what is the process of running credit. Oh how much do you charge the person for taking the appication?
