I tried to do a search for an inexpensive credit reports prividers and got hundreds of hits to go through. If any body knows what to search to get the right hits, it would be highly appreciated.
If some one is using a provider that is inexpensive, that information would also be highly apprieciated, saving me a lot of time and effort.

Mrlandlord.com has a service for $ 9.95 that gives an Experian report with the score. I just set it up and it is immediate and simple.

They require tax bills or other proof of ownership of rental properties. They need to do this to be in compliance with federal privacy laws, which only allow credit reports released for valid, specified business reasons, even with the person’s authorization.
