Check your yellowpages for a “tenant screening” company. There are also national ones, google it. I run all my tenant/buyers and owner carry prospects thru these. My buyer HAVE bad credit, I know that. What I want to know is WHY is it bad. Medical, credit cards OK. Foreclosures/Evictions BAD.
I have a lease option on a property from the owner and a tenant/buyer. I would like to run a credit report on the t/b but every website that I look at, they want proof that I OWN the property. Well I don’t so how can I get a report.
