I used to use the USPS dot com web site for postcard mailings. It was very cheap…typically just 2 cents per card plus postage. You could use mail merge and send out to a target list. I haven’t done a postcard mailing in awhile so i’m not sure if these rates are still valid.

I am looking to find more deals, so I went to kinko’s, made 200 postcards that say I buy houses, etc and plan on mailing them to properties that are due to be sherrif saled in the next few weeks, properties that are expired listings on the mls and vacant properties. I feel that these people are very likely to be motivated sellers and that is who I want to deal with.
have any of you tried this or a similiar method, and how did it work? do you know of anywhere that I can contract them to do mailings, or of anywhere I can get other lists to mail too.
I wonder how succesful this should be, also on the sheriff sale ones, I am only sending them to judgements and in areas that I probably want to own in.
