Hello -

Has anyone had experience with combining the mortgages on several properties into one giant loan? I have 5 rental properties with varying amounts of 1st and 2nd mortgages, and I’d like to refinance everything into one single loan, and pull some cash out at the same time. Any ideas/advice/recommendations appreciated.
