There are many Canadians out there who have seen the Sheets commercial and used it to spark themselves to action.

However, the forms you see in the material probably won’t fly in all but the most naive of straight FSBO deals - any Realtor would balk at using the forms immediately.

You didn’t say where in Canada you’re from - but if it’s Ontario, you can purchase the same forms that the Realtors use in electronic format for about $49CDN.

Not a bad deal - as you’d be ready to go at a moment’s notice. Plus, if you’re keen enough, you can create your own custom forms, using the same format, typesetting etc. as a result (just be sure to remove the copywritten/trademarked logos and identifiers).

You’ll find that as your forms are similar in form and substance to the familiar material in use, it’ll stand a far better chance of approval in your deals.

And - if you don’t bother to tweak the forms to your liking - just use the same ol’ forms that the Realtors use - and add an addendum to suit your wishes - although that may draw more attention to whatever creative RE that you’re trying to accomplish.

Have any Canadians successfully used the CS sales contract included with the course? Has anyone altered it to suit their needs as to Province instead of State etc? Has anyone drawn up their own contract based on CS’s, and successfully used it?
I am thinking of drawing up my own based on his but it could take a while.
