Question: As a newbie, I was wondering in cold hard terms which course is better for making cash upfront, and wealth along the way? I am not positive, but from what I read on the posts, it seems that CS can make you “paper rich” and LeGrand can help bring in cash?!? Using either course, do you actually own anything? With CS do you have property listed in your name or is it that it is still in someone elses name? With LeGrand, what are you doing? In a lease/ Option deal, do you buy the property or are you leasing it from someone else and then in return subleasing it again.
I am basically trying to understand the concepts, so that I can get one of these courses and make cash first and build up a cash flow later or even at the same time. Can anyone help out a newbie?
