Sure! I live on a island with a population of 12,000 and rent properties here and Miami. I travel hour and a half to Miami every couple of weeks. I’m living proof that CS works anywhere.
You have to be the one that makes the deals though…you have to make it happen…
We know many who buy and rent properties, our population
is around 30-35,000. We’ve been watching the commercials
for about 2 years. Would renting be better in our town,
market seems down at this time.
