I don’t believe it should be taken literally. CYA stands for Cover Your Axx. :slight_smile:

It will be under a different name and that name will depend on what type of letter you are looking for and what kind of deal it is you are trying to protect your butt from.

I just saw it the other day. Look under “CYA Buyer” or “Seller Disclosure Form.” I don’t remember which.
