I heard Dan Pena’ about 5 years ago. He was speaking at a Ron LeGrand event. He is a very dynamic speaker. I think it was about the time he and Ron were starting a new company. He has a very harsh, and if you are thin skin you won’t like him. But what he said made a lot of sense, it was a kick in the pants.
Everyone needs to hear it from time to time, but his stuff is expensive.
