Dead body in a trailer - Posted by Karl (Oh)
Posted by Karl (Oh) on January 09, 2001 at 18:11:24:
My park got an emergency call this morning that there was a dead guy in an empty trailer. I met a buyer at Frisches last night, sold him a trailer, and gave him the keys. He went home to the empty trailer and slept on the floor in all his clothes with no pillow or blanket. This morning a neighbor walked by, looked in the window, and saw this guy lying on the floor face down, and thought it was a dead body. She freaked out and called the park’s emergency number. Luckily, she called the park office and not the police. I guess this park has a standard procedure when dead bodies are discovered.

Did you include the dead body in the sales contract? Hahahaha
